Very enjoyable short stay. The reception was efficient and exceptionally clean. Variety of food for breakfast, food was delightful! Breathtaking view of mountain. There was a central restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. The downstairs bar was comfortable and the drinks were carbonated.

It's enchanting place to stay 1 km away from Plaza Charco. Very central location, polite staff.

Wi-Fi was very poor; quite poor breakfast.

We loved staff and views, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. Besides, we had free Wi-Fi. We had goodies and coffee at Cafe de Paris, it was located a short walk to the venue...

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. The view of the sea was perfect. 10 mins walk to the centre. Location was FANTASTIC, 30 km to Tenerife Norte airport, perfectly reachable.
